of state several times to look at many different houses. Sharon was patient,
understanding and made herself available to show me houses on practically any day
I needed her. She is very savvy about the local area real estate and did not steer
me wrong! She knows all parts of the real estate business from top to bottom!

I was in a difficult situation trying to sell my brother's home in Park City, given that I live in Massachusetts. He had passed away, and I was in charge of emptying the remaining contents and selling the property. This is where I made the best decision in asking Sharon Eastman and her team to be the realtor on this sale. They handled everything in Utah so that I didn't have to fly out and try to sort through everything. They photographed each item and put everything into a file that I could review. We labeled each item as keep, sell or donate. They handled it all, which was many hours of work, and at no additional cost. This was a great relief to me.

They also had small repairs made and the house and carpets cleaned so it was presented perfectly when it went on the market. The house sold at a price that was acceptable to me. All the paperwork was handled electronically, so again, I was able to sell the property without every leaving home.

Sharon is professional, courteous, hard working and responsive. I highly recommend Sharon and her team!
